Is billing monthly or yearly?
Baaga plans are billed yearly only — $150/year for Starter and $500/year for Pro. There is no monthly plan.
What counts as a message?
Each inbound customer message and each outbound bot reply counts toward your yearly message allowance on Starter. Pro has no message cap.
Which chat platforms are available now?
Messenger and WhatsApp are live today. Instagram, Telegram, and additional platforms are on the roadmap — Pro includes early access as they launch.
Do I get my own dashboard?
Yes. Every client gets a Baaga Control dashboard to manage bots, rules, catalogs, conversations, and channel settings with full flexibility.
