Is billing monthly or yearly?
Both. Yearly is the better rate (Starter $175, Pro $500, Business $900). Monthly is about 20% higher ($19, $49, $99).
What are the limits?
We meter active contacts (unique customer threads) and voice generations (each successful speech-to-text or text-to-speech counts as one). Over the contact limit, bots still reply and we show a warning. Over the voice limit, replies stay in text.
Which chat platforms are available now?
Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram are live today. Telegram and more are on the roadmap — Business includes early access as they launch.
What does Business unlock?
Business adds AI social posting with recurring schedules, fixed and AI replies on post comments, and order/catalog integration APIs — on top of Pro voice, images, bot hours, and live currency.
